Yes. We agree branding and confidentiality before starting. Your agency presents the finished work.
Can you support several client accounts?
Yes. We agree the workload and keep each client’s files, references and feedback separate.
Can you match different editing styles?
Send reference edits and brand guidelines. We use them to define the direction and refine it through feedback.
Do you speak directly to our clients?
Your agency is our point of contact. We only join a client conversation if you explicitly ask us to.
Can we send recurring monthly work?
Yes. We can agree a recurring scope and delivery rhythm based on the volume and available capacity.
How do revisions work?
Revision rounds are agreed in the project scope. Send consolidated comments with timestamps where relevant.
How do we send footage?
Share a download link, the brief and brand assets. Check access permissions before sending.
How long does delivery take?
